Attending onsite meetings if needed, reviewing draws/ invoices, helping with understanding change orders or schedules and just being there to talk through any issues before they become issues!
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we help you do a final walkthrough with your builder!
